Assessing Management Course Overview
Learning how to assess the management team of a company is essential for understanding the growth strategy of the business and potential problems which may arise.
If you are considering a career as a credit analyst, this course is crucial for learning a structured approach to assessing management, how to perform a multi-criteria analysis, where to find relevant quantitative and qualitative data, and more.
This course begins by teaching a structured approach to evaluating management, focusing on management’s attitudes, strategy, business plan and track record. Afterwards, it proceeds to demonstrate how to use a multi-criteria analysis and how to find important quantitative and qualitative data.
The course then showcases the attitude framework, how to use a scorecard, and shares examples of other strategic frameworks such as Hax’s Delta Model and the Ansoff Matrix. A student enrolled in this course will learn how to evaluate stakeholder management, understand what information must be gathered for performance evaluation, and analyze the possibilities and concerns that may arise from management characteristics.
